These Terms & Conditions apply when you use our website, request a quotation or purchase custom printing products from Mr Top Shop. By placing an order or making payment, you agree to the terms below.

    02Products and Printing Services

    Mr Top Shop offers printed products, apparel, packaging, stickers, signage, displays and related services through our website and sales channels. We aim to show product specifications, colours, sizes and finishes accurately, but screen settings, materials and production batches may cause reasonable differences.

      03Quotations and Pricing

      All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise. Online prices may be starting prices. Final pricing depends on size, material, finishing, quantity, artwork condition, turnaround and delivery requirements, and will be shown before payment. Prices, promotions, shipping fees and availability may be updated without prior notice.

        04Orders

        An order is confirmed only after the required specifications, artwork approval and successful payment verification are received. We may reject or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, information is incomplete, production is not technically or legally possible, stock is unavailable, fraud is suspected, or a pricing or system error occurs.

        05Artwork and Approval

        • Customers are responsible for supplying artwork they have permission to use
        • Colours on screens may differ from printed output
        • Production begins only after the required specification, artwork and payment confirmation
        • Approved spelling, dimensions, layout and content become the production reference

        06Custom Products

        Most products are made to the customer’s specification. Small variations in colour, cutting, placement, material texture and finishing may occur within reasonable production tolerances.

          07Payment

          We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include online banking, cards, e-wallets or other supported options. Online payments may be processed through FIUU and/or other payment channels. Approval is subject to the relevant payment provider, bank, card issuer or e-wallet provider. Customers must submit accurate, authorised payment details. Orders may require full payment or an agreed deposit before production.

            08Production and Delivery Time

            Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days for standard orders. Larger-quantity orders may require 7–10 working days, while high-volume orders may require up to 21 working days. These estimates include production and delivery and begin after successful payment, artwork approval and confirmation of all printing specifications.

            Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. The applicable estimate depends on the product, quantity, finishing, material availability and delivery destination. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If production or courier delays affect the expected delivery date, we will inform you and confirm a revised estimate. Please confirm any time-sensitive deadline with our team before placing your order.

              09Shipping and Delivery

              Delivery is available within Malaysia unless otherwise agreed. The delivery estimates above include production and courier transit; they are not an additional waiting period after production. Courier delays, public holidays, weather, an incorrect address or other events outside our control may affect delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

                10No Refund, Cancellation or Exchange

                All confirmed orders are final because products are prepared or printed to the customer’s approved requirements. Mr Top Shop does not provide voluntary refunds, cancellations or exchanges after payment and order confirmation. A verified production error caused by Mr Top Shop may be reviewed for corrective reprinting at our discretion. This policy does not limit any non-excludable rights under Malaysian law.

                  11Intellectual Property

                  Customers retain rights to artwork they own. Mr Top Shop retains rights to its original templates, production files, concepts and website materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

                    12Promotions and Discount Codes

                    Promotions, vouchers and discount codes are subject to their stated validity and conditions. We may amend or reject a promotion where an error, misuse or abuse is detected.

                      13Website Use and Liability

                      You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or submit unlawful content. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the affected goods or services and does not include indirect or consequential loss.
